Ralph Habib, Esq.

Ralph Habib is of counsel to the Azria Law Office and has been practicing criminal law for over 15 years including 8 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Onondaga County.  While in the DA's office, Mr. Habib was a member of the DWI Unit and spent several years prosecuting narcotics cases. Mr. Habib has handled hundreds of DWI cases throughout New York State including one of the first cases prosecuted under the new "Jenna's Law" that increased penalties for DWI with children in the car. Mr. Habib's criminal defense experience includes the highest level felony charges.

Seth M. Azria, Esq.

Seth Azria was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Azria was an Associate Editor on the Law Review and intern at the New York Attorney General's Office in the Manhattan Criminal Prosecutions Bureau.

Mr. Azria worked as an associate at a mid-size Florida law firm practicing in the litigation and appeals departments before returning to his hometown of Syracuse to open the Azria Law Office. Mr. Azria is a member of the New York Appellate Division Fourth Department's assigned criminal appeals panel.
